The inspiration lane

When chocolate becomes a work of art

Serving as the artistic theme of this year’s event, the “Alley of Inspiration” stands out as a unique space where chocolate meets art.

On a creative and sensory journey, visitors discover original sculptures and chocolate-covered costumes. Here, cocoa becomes a true artistic medium: textures, shapes, and technical ingenuity reveal the full creativity of the artisan chocolatiers.

Replicas of chocolate outfits from the Salon du Chocolat & de la Pâtisserie Musical Show, and sculptures created around the theme “Incandescence”: in total, nearly 20 original works are on display for visitors, who can vote for their favorite creation at the end of their tour.

The space also highlights the creations of the finalists in the Meilleur Apprenti de France Chocolaterie et Confiserie competition, created around the theme “The Depths of the Seas,” a contest organized by the Confederation of French Chocolatiers and Confectioners.

Each piece showcases exceptional artisanal skill, great creativity, and a shared passion, confirming that chocolate has established itself as a true medium for artistic expression.

new area!

Choco'Live

Designed as a hybrid, experiential space, this new area offers a truly immersive experience at the heart of the salon, featuring interactive and educational activities.

It is divided into two complementary zones: one dedicated to contests, where talented participants can showcase their creativity, and the other devoted to fun activities designed for the whole family.

Throughout the day, a varied program is on offer: a photo call with the mascot Chocolette, a chocolate quiz, musical performances from chocolate-producing countries, and a live broadcast of the Musical Show on a big screen. A lively, participatory, and accessible space, designed to discover, learn, and share in a new way all things chocolate.

Tasty workshops

In a space entirely dedicated to pastry and chocolate, the Ateliers Gourmands at the Salon du Chocolat Paris invite young and old, amateurs and enthusiasts alike, to discover the best-kept sweet secrets.

These interactive workshops teach participants how to elevate every dessert, refine their techniques, and unlock the full creative potential of homemade pastries, all while exploring chocolate through the eyes of an expert.

The workshops are held in French only.
