At the heart of this aisle, visitors will be able to admire chocolate sculptures on the theme of celebration, replicas of chocolate costumes from the Salon's grand musical show, true living works of art enhanced in a new setting, and chocolate sculptures by the finalists of the Meilleurs Apprentis de France en Chocolaterie et Confiserie competition, created around the theme of "Women in History". A competition organised by the Confédération des Chocolatiers Confiseurs de France.

Each work will be a demonstration of craftsmanship, creativity and passion, confirming that chocolate is much more than a delicacy: it is a medium for artistic expression in its own right.
