    The show is open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

    The Opening Night will take place on Tuesday, 28 October 2025, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM (special access only).

  • Is there parking available nearby?

    Yes, nearby parking includes:

    • Parking R: 2 rue d’Oradour-sur-Glane, 75015 Paris
    • Parking F: Rue Marcel Yol, 92170 Vanves

    Please note: Parking spots are limited. We recommend using public transport.

  • Is there a cloakroom at the venue?

    Yes, a cloakroom is available: €2 per item.

    For security reasons, large bags and suitcases are not allowed. Only coats, jackets, and helmets are accepted.

  • Is the venue accessible for visitors with reduced mobility?
    Yes, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles provides dedicated access for visitors with disabilities.
  • Are there food and drink options inside?
    Yes, various food stands offering sandwiches and salads are located throughout Pavilion 5.
  • Can I bring my pet?
    Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs and assistance dogs.
  • Is there an ATM inside the venue?

    No ATMs are available inside. As re-entry is not allowed, please withdraw cash beforehand.

    Closest ATM: Entrance of the venue, near Monop’daily.

  • Where can I buy tickets for Salon du Chocolat 2025?
    The ticketing is now open, and you can buy your tickets here. If you wish, ticket offices will also be open during show opening hours. Only buy tickets through official sales channels. Do not purchase from unauthorized resellers – counterfeit or reused tickets will be rejected.
  • Can I exit and re-enter the Salon?
    No. All exits are final. Re-entry is not permitted.
  • Is my ticket valid for multiple days?
    No, each ticket is valid for one day only.
  • Can I pay with holiday vouchers (chèques-vacances)?
    No, holiday vouchers are not accepted for ticket purchases.
  • Do I need to print my ticket?

    Tickets must be:

    • Printed on A4 white paper (black & white or colour, portrait format),
    • Or Presented digitally on a smartphone or tablet.

    We strongly recommend printing your ticket to avoid delays at entry.

  • Can I resell my ticket?

    No, ticket resale is strictly prohibited.

    According to French Penal Code (Art. 313-6-2), resale without authorization is punishable by a fine of up to €15,000 (or €30,000 for repeat offences).

  • Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?
    Tickets purchased online are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in case of technical errors attributable to the organiser.
  • I bought two tickets under my name – is that a problem?
    No problem – you can give the second ticket to someone else.
  • Are there special rates for groups or works councils (CSE)?

    Yes, preferential rates are available for groups of 10+ people and for CSEs.
