Artisan, creator and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, he signs creations of rare finesse, carried by a refined vision of taste and exceptional know-how.

This year, the Salon du Chocolat is innovating with the Village des Chefs by Gault&Millau: 19 talented chefs will come together to offer unique gourmet demonstrations, featuring both sweet and savory creations.
