A first at the Salon du Chocolat

The Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie, an unmissable event for lovers of cocoa, chocolate and pastries, opened a new gourmet chapter this year: the Village des Chefs by Gault&Millau. For the first time, savoury cuisine made its debut in Pavilion 5.1, perfectly in keeping with the spirit of haute cuisine already instilled by the show and revealed by Gault&Millau.

A unique culinary experience

This new space brought together 19 renowned chefs, who shared their expertise and creativity through live cooking demonstrations. It was a dream opportunity for visitors to witness special moments, discover the secrets of the finest teams, and taste savoury bites created especially for the event.

Among the first names confirmed were:

An immersive experience for food lovers

In this Village, visitors became privileged spectators of the chefs' skills, but also travellers in a constantly evolving culinary universe. Each demonstration was an invitation to curiosity, a moment of discovery, and emotions to savour.

As for the artisans, chocolatiers, and pastry chefs in attendance, they found in this dialogue between sweet and savoury a new source of inspiration, an echo of the creativity that already drove their professions.
