About the Chefs

Jeffrey Cagnes
JEFFREY CAGNES, a renowned pastry chef based in Paris, embodies a bold, generous, and multicultural approach to French pastry. Trained at the oldest pâtisserie in Paris, he launched his own boutiques in 2021 to fully express his creative vision. A symbol of the new generation of pastry chefs, he blends a deep respect for tradition with the authentic expression of his unique personality.

Yann Couvreur
Having worked in some of the most prestigious Michelin-starred establishments, YANN COUVREUR creates exceptional pastries—most notably his signature Vanilla Millefeuille, named “Dessert of the Year” in 2014. Since then, he has expanded his network of boutiques in Paris and internationally. His emblem, the fox, reflects his instinctive and free-spirited approach to pastry-making.


Cedric Grolet
After redefining the pastry world at Le Meurice with his iconic Sculpted Fruits concept, CEDRIC GROLET opened a new boutique near Opéra in 2019. There, he combines viennoiseries and pastries to introduce his creative universe: “Fleurs”. Today, his group includes over 400 team members worldwide, spreading the art of French pastry across the globe.
