Spotlight on our young talents! At the initiative of the Île-de-France region, the Salon du Chocolat devoted a special area to showcasing the region’s most promising chocolatiers and pastry chefs.
The Île-de-France region has chosen to honor 4 young talents from the region:
- Delikao,with a chocolate enriched with plants, vitamins and minerals
- Les Oursons de Manon with its chocolate marshmallow bears
- Luna Création et ses pâtisseries vegan
- Alep-France, winner of the title of Best Apprentice in France
Espace ELLES
Once again this year, the Salon du Chocolat is putting women in the spotlight at Espace ELLES, bringing together four very different backgrounds united around the same passion.
This year, you’ll be able to meet :

- Meybol Cacao with award-winning chocolate from Peru
- Bretzel & Gretel with Swiss chocolate-covered pretzels
