An exceptional jury for the first edition of Les Éclats du Chocolat
Jean-Paul Hévin
World-renowned master chocolatier, Jean-Paul Hévin is the guest of honor for the 30th edition of the Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie.
With over 20 boutiques in Paris, Japan, and Taiwan, he has embodied the finest in French luxury chocolate craftsmanship for more than 30 years.
Trained alongside Joël Robuchon, he won 8 major pastry and chocolate competitions before earning the prestigious title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman of France) in 1986.
Jean-Paul Hévin is celebrated for his precise, refined, and highly technical approach to flavor.
He will join the jury of the competition co-organized with Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet, and personally present one of the awards. His presence adds prestige and emotion to this anniversary edition — a celebration of expertise, excellence, and homage to the art of chocolate.


Audrey Lochon
Audrey Lochon is the Quality Manager and R&D Project Leader at Chocolaterie de l’Opéra, where she oversees product development and sensory validation.
She brings extensive experience from renowned chocolate institutions such as Maison Pillon, Valrhona, and Cacaotec.
Her career spans roles in certification systems, production quality control, and technical project management. She has also contributed to applied research on cacao processing equipment, notably in roasting and conching.
Audrey joins the Les Éclats du Chocolat jury with deep technical expertise across the cocoa value chain, from raw material mastery to final product evaluation.
Atika Khireddine
Atika Khireddine is the Director of Food and Dining Procurement at Galeries Lafayette, overseeing the selection of food products and culinary projects with a focus on quality, brand uniqueness, and customer experience.
Her professional path within the group has covered a wide range of sectors — from fashion to food — with expertise in offer development and trend analysis. She has also worked with other major retailers and creative houses.
Today, she works closely with producers, artisans, and premium fine food brands, and joins the jury with an in-depth understanding of selective distribution, brand positioning, and craftsmanship recognition.


Marianne Chandernagor
Marianne Chandernagor is the Director of the Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie in Paris and Lyon, where she leads the organization of these flagship events in collaboration with industry professionals, exhibitors, and institutional partners.
With over 20 years of experience in public event management, she has overseen the development of thematic trade shows that highlight artisanal know-how and visitor experience.
A true chocolate enthusiast, she closely follows industry trends and artisan innovation. She joins the jury of Les Éclats du Chocolat with sharp insight into creativity, brand identity, and the sensory impact of the entries.
