Held in lyon, the world capital of gastronomy, since 2011, the Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie – Lyon has become the flagship event for chocolate and pastry professionals and enthusiasts in the region. Each year, over the course of three days, it brings together nearly 20,000 visitors for an experience filled with exceptional creations and rich sensory discoveries.

The event welcomes around 70 exhibitors, including leading chocolatiers, pastry chefs and artisan makers from the Rhône-Alpes region, all in an environment designed to foster new business opportunities, explore market trends and spark inspiring encounters. Chef demonstrations, chocolate fashion shows, hands-on workshops and themed experiences make the Lyon edition a high-value event for brands and rising talents in the sector. Since 2025, the merger between the Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie - Lyon and the Tourism & travel fair “Mahana” has offered visitors a unique concept that blends gastronomy, travel and lifestyle — right in the heart of Lyon.
