Théobroma est une chocolaterie à Tokyo fondée en 1999. Le chef, Tsuchiya Koji, parcourt le monde à la recherche d’un cacao et d’un chocolat délicieux et gourmand. Une grande variété de chocolats utilisent des ingrédients japonais.
