Due to works at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, the number of parking spaces is limited. We suggest that you use public transport.

Yes, there is a cloakroom at the Salon (price: 2 € per article). For security reasons, suitcases and bags are not permitted. Only coats, jackets and helmets are allowed.

Access to Paris-Expo Porte de Versailles will be provided for people with reduced mobility.

For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not admitted to the Salon, apart from guide dogs for the blind.

There are no cash machines inside the Salon. Please note that any exit is permanent: we therefore suggest that you withdraw some cash before you enter.

Tickets for the 2020 Salon du Chocolat will be available on our tickets-salon-du-chocolat.com site. You can also buy your tickets at the Salon: ticket counters will be available at the entrance during Salon opening hours.

Use only an official sales circuit for buying your tickets.

Never buy your entry tickets from a ticket tout: they may have already been used or may be counterfeit and you won’t be able to enter the Salon.

Tickets for the inaugural evening are sold on a pre-sales basis only. There will be no ticket sales on the spot. You may buy tickets here: online ticket sales

Any exit is final: you won’t be allowed to come back in.

No. A ticket is valid for one day only (any exit is permanent). If you want to come for several days, feel free to buy several tickets.

You can’t buy entry tickets for the Salon du Chocolat with holiday vouchers.

In order to be validated, the ticket must be printed (in black and white or colour) in portrait mode (vertical) on white, blank A4 paper with no change to the print size. You may also present your ticket on a Smartphone or tablet. It is prohibited to duplicate tickets.

It is prohibited to re-sell tickets for the Salon du Chocolat

“Art. 313-6-2 of the Penal Code − The fact of routinely selling, offering for sale or exhibiting with a view to selling or supplying the means with a view to selling or transferring tickets giving access to a sporting, cultural or commercial event or a live performance without the permission of the producer, organiser or owner of the exploitation rights for the event or performance, is punishable by a fine of 15,000 €. This punishment rises to a fine of 30,000 € in the event of a repeat offence.

For the application of paragraph 1, “tickets giving access” are considered to be any ticket, document, message or code, regardless of form and medium, certifying that the purchaser has obtained from the producer, organiser or owner of the exploitation rights the right to attend the event or performance.”

The tickets purchased from our online ticket sales site cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there has been a technical problem for which we are responsible.

No problem: you can give your second ticket to a friend or family member.

No worries, you will be able to pay the 2€ difference in price at the on-site ticket register.

Unfortunately, the price of the everyday access ticket is fixed whether for the weekend or for the 28th and 31st of October, and cannot be reimbursed.

No, we do not offer free entry for the disabled.

There are preferential rates for works committees: heads of works committees can request them via the Fnac/France Billet and Ticketmaster networks.

Group rates (30 people and over) are also available from Fnac/France Billet.

Yes, a B2B village reserved for professionals will be taking place this year. A specific ticket which gives access to the entire show as well as to the B2B village is available on the ticketshop.
