Artisan Patisserie Trophy

The National Confederation of Artisan Patissiers and the “Journal du Pâtissier” are organising the second Artisan Patisserie Trophy, from 28th October to 31st October.
In the morning, amateur candidates will be competing while, in the afternoon, professionals from the world of patisserie, chocolate, confectionery, ice cream and bakery will be using all their creativity to demonstrate their patisserie expertise.
