From 28 October through 1 November 2015, the Salon du Chocolat welcomed 100,000 visitors for a delicious new edition in the heart of Paris Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center (Hall 5).

 

Some 700 participants from 40 countries gathered on a 20,000 sqm exhibition space: 220 chocolatiers, pastry makers, confectioners and cocoa-producing countries, along with the greatest chefs, pastry chefs, designers and experts who treated visitors with chocolate recipes, conferences and other activities.

 

See you for the 22nd edition from 28 October through 1 November 2016: a unique opportunity to discover and taste the latest creations of the biggest international names in chocolate, pastry, ice-cream, and the greatest cocoas from producing countries, all of them gathered in Paris for this occasion.
